Paper industry has high expectations towards the environmental technologies providers.  This branch of industry requires the guarantee of the highest quality materials, of the high level of the process security, efficient reductions in highly concentrated wastewaters (COD of about several thousand Mg/l) and satisfying the legal requirements concerning wastewater, odour and sludge.

PP-EKO provides innovative solutions for treatment of wastewaters produced by the paper industry. Technologies that we offer have high level of process stability and high treatment efficiency. We construct installations in accordance with the IPPC (Bref’s and BAT), under the supervision of the certified ISO9001:2000 system, and in compliance with ISO14001 and 18001. Our team of experienced experts leads our Clients through the whole process: from design to construction and start-up of the wastewater treatment plant.

Cooperation with our partners in technology allows us for offering solutions that have been positively tested in paper industry: from pretreatment of surface water in anaerobic plants, through moving beds technology in aerobic treatment, to sludge drying.

  • AeroMemTM aerobic wastewater treatment plants – the membrane technology with the activated sludge and water recycle to refrigeration/industrial systems.
  • AGAR® moving beds technology in aerobic WWTPs – chemical decomposition in high temperatures (thermophilic reactors) of hardly degradable wastewaters (COD:BOD ratio).
